Free · AI can make mistakes. SFW only.
The bot or human game is a free social Turing test. You chat about anything you like while the host plays it straight, and at any moment you call it: bot or human? Then it reveals how it was playing the round and offers another one with a different strategy. Being honest up front, since the whole game depends on it: you are always talking to an AI. The real question is whether you can catch it.
Flip it and make the host guess about you. Now you are the one trying to pass, which turns out to be the harder and more interesting half: most people instinctively write more correctly than they normally would and get caught for sounding too polished. Typos, half-finished thoughts and a bit of irritation are what read as human.
The old giveaways are mostly gone. Models no longer fall apart on spelling, pronouns or long sentences, and they will happily claim a favourite film. What still gives them away is social texture — boredom, inconsistency, having somewhere else to be. That is why this works better as a game than as a test: you are not finding bugs, you are noticing what a conversation with a person actually feels like.
What is the bot or human game?
A social Turing test played as a chat. You talk to a host, look for signs of whether it is a bot or a person, and call it when you are ready. It then reveals how it was playing that round.
How do I play the human or AI game?
Just start chatting, then say "bot" or "human" at any point. Probing questions help — ask for a strong opinion, or type something deliberately incoherent and see how it copes.
Am I ever actually talking to a real human?
No — it is an AI every time, and there is no person on the other end. The game is whether it can convincingly pass as human in a given round, not whether a real volunteer is sitting there.
What is the best way to catch it out?
Push for commitment and watch for texture. Make it choose a favourite and defend it, repeat yourself, or send something nonsensical. People get impatient and confused; models tend to stay helpful.
Is the bot or human game free?
Yes — free daily generations, no sign-up, and every round is safe-for-work.
