How the stained glass pattern generator works
Type what the panel should show, then add a style and a window shape - for example "Tiffany-style magnolia branch, tall arched window, soft green and cream". The generator lays out the subject as separate glass pieces, each outlined by an even dark lead line and filled with a single translucent colour, framed by a border. Tips for designs you can actually cut
Keep to one main subject and ask for "large simple glass pieces" - busy scenes break into slivers that are hard to cut. Name the window shape early, because it drives the whole layout. Limit the palette to four or five colours if you are working from stock sheets, and print the result at your finished panel size before tracing pattern pieces.
